Walking route, east to west

When to walk
Best time is 4 to 6 PM. Light is golden, temperature drops to 27 degrees, fishing boats return. Walk west toward the fortress with the sun behind you for the best phone shots.
Food and drink
Food stalls cluster at the eastern (Long Beach) end. Fresh fried fish, empanadas, ice cream and beer. The western end near the fortress has fewer options, plan a meal back in town.
